To Buy any item, follow our simple guide:

1. Search for the item
— Use a search panel with filters and find what you need.

2. Contact a seller
— You may chat with seller, call the seller via phone or use the WhatsApp on the listing page.
— Discuss some details or negotiate about the price. 
— Meet with the seller in a public place and be sure to pay only after you get the item.

3. Take your item or order a delivery.

4. Leave your feedback about the seller on the seller's page.

- Beware of unrealistic offers, goods that seem too cheap or job offers that appear too good to be true. 
- DO NOT send any pre-payments until you have met the seller and signed a purchase agreement.
- Use a safe and public location to meet the seller.
- Check the item(s) and all documentation to make sure they meet your needs.
- Pay only if you're satisfied and collect the item(s) instantly.  

Sellers to Avoid
- The seller wants advance payment or initial deposit before sending you the item.
- The seller can’t meet you in a public place but wants to deliver the item personally.
- The seller asks for personal information like your ID, bank details, debit/credit card number.

To Report a User or a Seller
If you see something suspicious, please let us know about it by following the steps below:
— Click on "Report abuse" at the Footer of the page
— Enter a topic for the report
— Type in your comment with all the details that can help us understand the case better and 
— Click on the "Send Message" button.

To Report an Ad or Listing
If you find this listing as inappropriate, offensive or spammy, please take the steps below:
— Click on "Report listing" at the bottom of the item you want to report
— Choose the reason and submit

In any case, our Support Team will consider your request immediately. If your report proves that we've faced a scam case, we will block such a user or seller.

To Post ads following the steps below:

1. Sign in to your profile on TheMall or Sign-up to create one, if you have not already do so;

2. Click on the button "Post ads" or just click here;

3. Complete all the information. 
— Choose a proper category
— Upload the photos of your item
— Write a clear title with a detailed description of what you're selling. 
— Enter a fair price
— Double-check the information

4. If everything looks fine, click on the "Submit" button

As soon as you're done with all these steps, your ad goes for a review. We check it to ensure that it's in line with our rules and that all the information is correct. Once your advert is live, you will receive a notification email. If there's something wrong, we'll specify all the edits you should make.

Buyers to Avoid
- The buyer insists on using a cheque.
- The buyer demands you send the item before they pay for it.
- The buyer asks for personal information like your ID, bank details, debit/credit card number.
- The buyer is from a foreign country.

— Set competitive price Set an appropriate price for your item. If the price is not relevant, approval may be declined.

— Upload unique & high quality photos Upload only unique and high-quality photos of your items taken by yourself and not downloaded from the Internet.

— Indicate correct details for the potential buyers/clients to be able to reach you easily. Try to respond all the incoming calls/chats.

— Update your profile Try to fill out all the fields of your profile page, as well as those of your advert, to let your customers understand all the necessary information about you as a seller and the products you sell. 

— Higher Rating  attracts customers The better rating you have on our website, the more chances you get to attract a lot of buyers. Remember that it is important to build trust in your business. Your rating depends on the number of positive/negative feedback received from your previous customers. 

— Clearly state delivery status Make your advert as risk-free as possible.

Premium Services are designed to help sellers in listing and promoting their items more effectively. The outcome is that potential clients would be able to find your ad easier and resulting in up to 100x more customers and faster sales. Products/items listed on any of this services are constantly shown in eye-catching areas, made unique on home, categories and search pages, and included for Social Media & Email Promotions. 

How it Works:
Every user is allowed to post ten (10) items for free, which can be manually renewed by sellers upon expiration.

Once users reach this limit, they have the option to upgrade to a Subscription Package which provides additional benefits, such as more listings depending on the package the seller choose. We recommend using Subscription Package if you have more than ten (10) active ads.
